第三章少年及儿童吸烟行为之禁止
第十一条
未满十八岁者，不得吸烟。父母或监护人应禁止未满十八岁者为前项之行为。
第十二条
贩卖烟品之负责人或从业人员不得供应烟品予未满十八岁者。
